International Yoga Day - 2021


Happy international yoga day!


As a professional coach and practicing yogi, my favorite activity to conduct and practice is grounding.


In Asian cultures keeping your feet bare at home is a common practice, and that simply is grounding. When your whole being is in touch with the earth, you ground yourself. When we have coaching conversations, it is quite common for the client to bring in additional baggage with the goal they aim to achieve. Grounding helps to fully immerse oneself for those 30 mins and give complete attention to the conversation. Client testimonies state that grounding helps them feel calm and focused and they are able to view the issues with greater clarity.
