Women are constantly in a state of change. Something in our lives is always changing. The saying – “Change is the only constant” – is accurate for every woman I know.
However, when we are “changing” we are also going through transition and this period of transition is difficult, uncomfortable, challenging, and confusing. I can say this with conviction because I know!
This is what inspired me to start the program 'Women in Transition'. If I could help any woman go through transition without being negatively impacted by it, I would have served my purpose.
The purpose of compiling this activity book is to provide you with the tools and resources that you can apply to yourself while achieving a better understanding of yourself and what you can do with your potential. These activities are best paired with my coaching where I work hand in hand with you and ask you to reflect on deep introspective questions that will challenge your thinking and will bring greater clarity.
