If you look at my LinkedIn profile, you will be able to see the different domains, roles and industries I have worked in. To the novice eye, you will not be able to make out the congruency between these experiences. However, this diverse and versatile experience has given me insight into the challenges people face when looking for growth opportunities either through a job change, appraisal or promotion. Growth brings change, and change can be disconcerting. Whenever we are faced with change, something shifts within us and that is how it should be. However, it need not be confusing, scary and intimidating. I will walk with you while you go through this intense and beautiful period of growth and share your struggles, fears and insecurities.
